Basic HS DECA Members Share Gen Z Perspective at Shoptalk
Six Nevada DECA Members shared their thoughts and opinions at the ShopTalk nextgen retail eCommerce event in Las Vegas, speaking on topics such as what brands they use, how they spend their time and money, and more.
Basic High School DECA members Danny Vella, Brittney Pauli, CJ Dornak, Cassidy Willeford, Kobe Hopkins, and Katelyn Donaker attended the event in March. While there, they sat in on interviews with the CEOs of Target and Walmart, and other presentations before going on stage for the Gen Z Panel with Piper Jaffray Company.
Shoptalk is a retail and eCommerce event that covers the rapid evolution of how consumers discover, shop and buy—from new technologies and business models to changes in consumer preferences and expectations. This year's event provided an opportunity for conversation among 5,000+ attendees and gain exposure with more than 150 onsite retail, eCommerce, and other industry media and analysts.
