DECA Emerging Leader Summit (ELS)

Real DECA leaders don’t take the summer off. Part of the DECA Emerging Leader Series, the DECA Emerging Leader Summit brings together association officers, chapter officers and leaders, and officer hopefuls during a three-day intense leadership experience. Two tracks — EMPOWER for association officers and ELEVATE for chapter officers and leaders — will prepare leaders to effectively lead their chapters and associations.

Nevada CTSO Leadership Rally
December 6-7, 2016 – Las Vegas & Reno, NV
Nevada DECA and the Nevada Department of Education have partnered with Nevada FBLA, Nevada FCCLA and Nevada HOSA to present the Nevada CTSO Leadership Rallies! Join us for a day of chapter success, personal leadership, and etiquette training for members and advisers. It is the “must attend” state experience of the winter!
State Career Development Conference (SCDC)
February 12-14, 2017 – Las Vegas, NV
The State Career Development Conference (SCDC) is the biggest and most exciting Nevada DECA event of the year. Over 800 members from across Nevada gather each year for three days of competition, workshops, state officer campaigns, networking and countless other opportunities. The best competitors at SCDC qualify to attend ICDC.
International Career Development Conference (ICDC)
April 25-30, 2017 – Anaheim, CA
At the International Career Development Conference (ICDC), over 16,000 high school students, advisors, businesspersons and alumni gather for several days of DECA excitement. Most participants at ICDC compete in one of DECA's competitive events vying to be the best in the world. In addition to competitive events, many students and advisors participate in a variety of leadership and career advancing academies.
