Over 200 Nevada DECA members and advisors Made Their Mark at the 2008 Fall Leadership Extravaganza. Chapters attended the one day leadership event at three locations around Nevada; John Ascuaga’s Nugget in Reno, Stockmen’s in Elko, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Members took the opportunity to learn more about DECA and the competitive events program and prepare for a successful year in DECA! TRI Leadership Resource’s Amy Gallimore was the keynote speaker and signature trainer on hand to delivery etiquette training, specialized leadership sessions, and a lot of humor and fun!
Nevada DECA thanks all the members and advisors who attended for Making Their Mark in the DECA year at the 2008 Fall Leadership Extravaganza! Next up for Nevada DECA is the Western Region Leadership Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, November 20 – 22, 2008.
