Nevada DECA is chartered by the Nevada Department of Education and endorsed as an essential component of business education in accordance with NRS 389.800.

Nevada DECA, Inc. is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that manages the DECA Charter in Nevada and receives funding from students, alumni, industry supporters, schools, and the NevadaDepartment of Education via state funding allocations.
