Aria Khiabani - State President

Aria Khiabani is a sophomore at Ed. W. Clark High School in the Academy of Math Science Arts and Technology who has been a member of DECA for two years now. He is excited this year to serve as the State President of Nevada DECA.

Before becoming a State Officer, he was the Executive Director of Clark DECA, a position in which he helped introduce many innovations to his local chapter. Aria likes to play on the varsity tennis team and guitar in his free time. He also plays violin in the Clark High School Orchestra and loves to record jazz and hip hop in his recording studio. After high school, he plans to attend a school on the east coast to attain a law and business degree.

He has a strong passion for DECA and is proud to serve the members of Nevada. He cannot wait to begin working on making the next DECA year amazing! Aria loves public speaking and meeting new people, especially DECA friends who share the same love for this organization. He believes DECA does not only prepare students for careers in business, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship, but it also prepares them to become future leaders.
