Dayton HS Student Wins Safeway Scholarship!

Nevada DECA is proud to announce that Dayton High School student and DECA member Isabelle Hamlin has been awarded one of the 10 Safeway $1,000 scholarships from DECA, Inc.

In order to qualify for the scholarship, Isabelle had to fill out an application, provide a transcript, and submit other information indicating her qualifications for the merit-based scholarship.  The Safeway scholarships are awarded to DECA members who are Safeway associates or associates of one of their brands (i.e. Vons, Dominick's, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Genuradi's, Pavillion, Carrs).

Although Isabelle won't be attending ICDC, she will be recognized during the Grand Awards Session.  Congratulations to Isabelle for her terrific work, to her advisor Alan Watts for his support, and to Dayton HS for representing Nevada DECA!
