Project Generation Membership Campaign Winners

This year, Nevada DECA had some astonishing chapters that excelled in Project Generation, our membership campaign. Thank you to everyone who contributed for your awesome work recruiting DECA members this year! Although we have had a lot of turnover with advisors this year, our membership is still looked great with 1902 members.

First off, congratulations to all of the chapters who GENERATED STABILITY by maintaining the same number of members as last year. These chapters will be rewarded with priority seating at the SCDC Grand Awards Session and they are: Liberty, Palo Verde, Desert Oasis, Faith Lutheran, Sierra Vista, NWCTA, Mojave, Valley, Spring Valley, Boulder City, Desert Pines, Davidson Academy, Clark, Chaparral, Wooster, Arbor View, and Laughlin.

Now the chapters who will be recognize for GENERATED GROWTH, by increasing their membership by 5%, 10% and 15% over last year's membership numbers, are: Clark, Laughlin (increased membership by 5%), Valley ( increased membership by 10%), Davidson Academy, Desert Oasis, Sierra Vista, North West CTA, Faith Lutheran, Boulder City, Wooster, Palo Verde, Mojave, Liberty, Spring Valley, Desert Pines, and Chaparral (increased membership by 15% or more).

In addition, the two chapters who increased membership by 5% will be rewarded with a name badge ribbon that will be given to all attendees from those chapters. For the chapter with the 10% growth, special DECA pins for their chapter officers will be awarded. For the over achieving chapters that had a 15% growth or more, spirit items will be given at SCDC to each and every member from those schools.

Finally, a huge congratulation to the chapters who GENERATED EPIC this year, which is Liberty High School! This chapter represented the cream of the crop for membership recruitment and with the highest absolutely membership growth Nevada DECA is thrilled to be rewarding them with a pizza party, which will be personally delivered to them at SCDC.
